Multiple Pipette Heads on a Solid Base

The CyBio Well vario includes an automated base which accepts different interchangeable simultaneous pipetting heads. The heads can be changed quickly and easily either at the front or the back of the instrument. The pipetting heads are automatically detected – fully preserving accuracy and precision without calibration steps.

A working volume range of four orders of magnitude allows liquid transfers from 25 nl up to 250 µl on one platform with 96, 384 or 1536 channels. The CyBio Well vario multichannel automated pipetting system adapts into any screening environment and it is compatible with all other accessories of the CyBio Well family. The innovative CyBio Composer Software supports the flexibility of the system and immediately detects new pipetting heads.

  • Available with fixed working volumes of 50, 100, 250, 500 nl with ceramic capillaries. Parallel pipetting of 96 or 384 samples in 96, 384 an 1536 well microplates due to exchangeable capillary magazines.

CyBio Well vario - 1536 Head

The 1536 pipetting head uses CyBio's unique and well-proven tip sealing system. The air displacement pistons allow the simultaneous transfer and filling of all wells in a 1536-well plate in a single step.
